This course is about finding the balance between running and yoga. Our lives crave balance as it helps us to relax, recover, and be our most successful self. Yoga provides the perfect balance for a runner. It helps one's physical body and mind, which are two critical components for a runner. The course created through research on yoga for runners educates one on origins of yoga to application of a yoga routine in your life. Enjoy, relax, and find balance.
One is able to work at one's own pace in this course. You will have unlimited access to the content in order to make it easy to look back to in the future. The course is written with interactive exercises interspersed throughout each module.

After completing this course one will have the knowledge to lead a balanced lifestyle as a runner. One should feel confident in the basics of yoga, how to perform key poses for runners, and one should be able to develop a daily routine.
