Hi! I am a college student at Bowling Green State University and I have a passion for writing and running. I am studying exercise science and journalism at BGSU, and I aspire to take my love of the two into the fitness world. I have been running competitively for ten years. Over these ten years I have experienced what types of training work for me and what do not. When I entered college and the realm of being a division one athlete, I found that I needed something to relieve my stress, and that's when I discovered yoga. I enjoy doing yoga every week, and I truly believe it has helped me to be a better runner. I hope to share my passion for living a healthy lifestyle with others and be a positive influence to all I encounter. I enjoy exploring the beauty of our world and appreciating the simple things in life.
